NAIVE NEW BEATERS: RUN AWAY

We take no shit nowadays; if you have to maintain a family, pay your taxes, eat and deal with your rent… The only option is to go out stealing money! Make yourself a robbery pro! Teaming up with your mates is the best option; set it up as you can and grow in that market. Cash will rain on you!
This is mostly what Naive New Beaters teach us in their new video for “Run Away”, directed by Romain Chassaing and produced by Solab. This is the story of a guy that pathetically fails in all his job and decides to step out in the bank and corner shop robbery to later throw away the money in drugs, alcohol and courtesans. With a very #dealwithit ending, the video shows an excellent photography, comedy and very funny interpretations. Thug life!

AMANDA RINGSTAD: PURE VITAMIN

Summer is coming and we’re lacking essential vitamins; we need fruit to face the heat and the consecuent sweat, energy of vegetables like alcohol in an afterparty and we dream of all flavour ice creams even when we are not in REM stage. That why, like good samaritans, we show you the whole cocktail in just one click to feed your beautiful eyes and tease your stomach, brain or whatever needed. Amanda Ringstad is our new energy boost, our new creativity dose, all very clean and healthy. La Monda Magazine + Amanda Ringstad is better that five health gurus together.

SOUTH 36.32N, NEW FASHION LATITUDE

As many of you know by now, Spain is one of those countries where you can find unendless creative talent; in every corner there are ten fashion designers, six graphic designers and probably a photographer going all conga and praying to heaven for job opportunities. That’s why, filled with good taste and working capacity (treats that in case of events and festivals are scarce), we got a new edition of South 36.32N, another chance for those artists and creators to show what they’re capable of. It will happen in Cadiz (Southern Spain); lots of sea breeze and fried fish to enjoy shows by designers like Timo Zündorf (Antwerp), Pedro Covelo (Barcelona), Juan Carlos Pajares (Madrid), a showroom with pieces by, for example, Beatriz Peñalver (Granada) or Airova (A Coruña/ Paris), music by Grebnellaw (Stockholm) and talks by Topacio from La Fresh Gallery. So, yeah, we’re all meeting in Cadiz from the 25th to the 27th of June, right?

MY NAME IS WENDY: DID YOU HEAR THAT?

It was about time for some graphic inspiration after many colourful still life and good photography examples, wasn’t it? Here you are Carole Gautier and Eugénie Favre, aka My Name Is Wendy, aka graphic design and art direction with the Parisian baguette and croissant vibe. Wendy’s design and style adapts to each client causing them to experience a sort of Stendhal stroke; the beauty excess and the know-how make us more excited than Boy George’s make up. We got the name for our future daughter. Guess: it starts with Wen and ends with dy.
